My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Alison Blanchard during our search and then purchase of our home in Clayton in March 2021.  We had looked at 7 other properties when we found this one on a website we'd been searching.  Alison moved mountains to get a viewing of a home that wasn't even her own listing!  During the showing,  she provided answers to every question we had and made it a priority to get the one outstanding question answered prior to a signed purchase agreement.  We made an offer that same day.  Every glitch that happened to pop up, she was on top of it with the how, why AND a solution - and trust me, there were a few that, by no fault of hers, were handled efficiently and professionally.  Right up to closing,  I always believed she had our very best interests at heart.  I would highly recommend Alison for any real estate needs!

We love the city of Clayton!  Our children are grown and live all over the country.  We wanted a place to "house our herd" in a quiet place in the country.  We've met such wonderful neighbors...just the kind of folks my husband and I grew up with when we were kids.  It's our little slice of heaven.
